CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. No-shows are charged 20% of the scheduled service. Arriving 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation fee, unless you choose to proceed with the reduced time available. Please note that results may not be perfect under shortened time, and the service fee remains the same.
